Williams murdered Corporal Marie-France Comeau, 37, in November 2009, and Jessica Lloyd, 27, in January 2010. He also sexually assaulted two other women during home invasions.
Williams was identified through tire tracks near Jessica Lloyd's home that matched his SUV. In a legendary interrogation by Detective Sergeant Jim Smyth, Williams broke down and confessed within hours, providing detailed accounts and evidence.
