ColdCaseIndex is a static, read-only website. We do not require accounts, do not collect names or email addresses, and have no forms that submit personal data to us.

Information About Case Subjects

The case database contains information about crime victims and criminal cases compiled from publicly available sources such as law-enforcement releases, court records, NamUs, and established news reporting. If you are a family member of a person named in the database and would like information corrected, updated, or removed, contact us and we will act on the request promptly.

Children's Privacy

This site is not directed at children and does not knowingly collect personal information from anyone, including children.
